Bruce Hilowitz is an experienced financial professional with an extensive career in the banking industry and is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Business Funding Associates, Inc.. A career banker with over twenty-years of experience, Mr. Hilowitz has spent eighteen years of his career focusing on the Asset Based Lending and Factoring Industry. He is a graduate of the new York Institute of Technology (B.S., Accounting) and a member of several banking and professional associations including: International Factoring Association, Commercial Finance Association, Commercial Finance League, Rockland Business Association, Mahwah Chamber of Commerce and Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce.

Kenneth Hilowitz, our current Chief Financial Officer is a Certified Public Accountant with sixteen years experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting (Capital Operations). NASDAQ/ SEC Filings & Compliance Strategic planning, Credit line negotiation, risk management & tax liasion, internal controls business planning, financing/ banking, mergers & acquisitions credit and collections. Mr. Hilowitz assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer in January 2008. He is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology B.S. (Accounting), and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

As operations manager, Jennifer performs the continual monitoring of the collateral and financial conditions of the borrower. She verifies all invoices, processes the daily loan advances as well as collect and performs reconciliations. Jennifer is the primary contact and collateral analyst on assigned accounts.
