Loans are typically made without any personal income verification or tax returns. Our lenders lend in all 50 states.

Typical documentation includes a purchase agreement, current appraisal, property rental history, title check, and other property documentation such as HOA documentation, property insurance binder, proof of flood insurance (if required for the property’s location), and any state-required certificates.
